Account and Subscription

Eligibility: Individuals aged 18 and older are eligible for membership.
Subscription Process: Subscriptions are processed online through Apple Pay, Google Pay, credit or debit card.
Subscription Term: Memberships are month-to-month and continue until canceled.
Payment: The monthly membership fee is $22, billed monthly.
Cancellation: Members may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect immediately.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. If your account is compromised, please notify us immediately. We will deactivate the compromised account and issue a new one. Payment will be suspended from the time we are notified of the issue until the new account is activated.
Account Termination: We reserve the right to terminate any account for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these terms and conditions.
Prohibited Conduct: Abusive behavior, including making others feel uncomfortable, scared, or unsafe, is strictly prohibited. Any comments or advances suggesting sexual activity, racial slurs, prejudice, or exclusionary language (except for exclusion due to violations of these terms) will not be tolerated. We encourage a community of kindness, respect, acceptance, and unconditional love.

Online Gatherings

Access: Subscribers will access online gatherings via Zoom (or another specified platform).
Content: Content will vary by gathering, and the subject matter will be specified in the gathering details. Some gatherings will be recorded, and this will be indicated on the RSVP or ticket purchase page.
Code of Conduct: Treat others as you would like to be treated. Be respectful, avoid interrupting, name-calling, bullying, gaslighting, demeaning, or any other disrespectful behavior. Violations may result in account deactivation or a ban from future events.
Intellectual Property: All content created by Ascend Pathway is owned by Ascend Pathway. For recorded events, participants acknowledge that their participation constitutes consent to be recorded, and that the recording may be shared and distributed.
Technical Requirements: Participants are responsible for having the necessary technical requirements to access Zoom (or other specified platforms), including a device with internet access and sufficient video streaming capabilities.
Gathering Availability and Quality: While we strive to provide consistent and high-quality gatherings, we cannot guarantee the availability, content, or quality of every gathering. As a community-driven collective, differing opinions may arise. We recommend noting the subject and/or leader of a gathering and choosing to avoid those as needed.
